We have been informed that there has been an accident with a Bootslider CV boot applicator produced by the Israeli firm Ligum Industries. In the accident, the Bootslider is said to have burst apart, with a piece flying into the operator’s eye.
Use of the Bootslider type 1 as shown may be dangerous! Please read attached letter carefully.
